Måns is Head of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Research at Ausbil Investment Management Limited since September 2015. Prior to that, he was Senior ESG Research Analyst at AMP Capital for almost five years, following positions at Carnegie Investment Bank, Macquarie Bank and Accenture. With more than a decade of experience in the investment industry, including ten years in various responsible investment / ESG roles, Måns is well known for producing and presenting consistent, high-quality ESG research covering the Australian market and he has also published numerous, highly regarded insight papers on a wide range of ESG issues, including human rights and modern slavery. Måns is a member of the Retailer Supplier Roundtable Sustainability Council’s Forced Labour Advisory Council and the PRI Australia Network Advisory Committee. He holds an MBA International with Distinction from Griffith University and a Master of Financial Management from Gothenburg School of Business

John McMillan AO

Lead at the Modern Slavery Act Review at Australian Border Force

John is an Emeritus Professor at the Australian National University, where he taught administrative and constitutional law from 1983-2003. He is a co-author of Control of Government Action (2022, 6th ed).
John has held the statutory positions of Commonwealth Ombudsman (2003-10), Integrity Commissioner for the Australian Commission for Law Enforcement Integrity (2007), Australian Information Commissioner (2010-15), NSW Ombudsman (Acting) (2015-17), and member of the Australian Copyright Tribunal (2015-17).
John has since conducted reviews of Australian government legislation and programs – including the medicinal cannabis scheme (2019), the My Health Records Act (2020), a Federal Court data breach (2020) and ABC complaint handling (2022).

Andy is an Associate Director at KPMG Banarra, a dedicated human rights and social impact team that leads KPMG’s global network of business and human rights professionals. He is a business and human rights specialist with a specific focus on the human rights impacts of the energy transition, the subject of his PhD research. He was a lead author on KPMG & RIAA’s landmark Human Rights and Climate Change report, which highlights the importance that investors consider environmental and social risks more holistically.
