Tibau Stanley Lui (Stan) is a Torres Strait Islander from Erub (Darnley Island) in the Kemer Kemer Miriam (top eastern Torres Strait). A graduate of James Cook University and worked in managerial roles with both State and Commonwealth Agencies in Fisheries Management, Aquaculture Development, and Natural Resource Management for two decades.
Stan is an accomplished Senior Executive with a proven track record leading efficient, innovative programs that achieve agency objectives. With strategic and operational experience, Stan is highly skilled at identifying issues, developing policy, and managing risks to achieve agency goals.
Stan has been a member of various high-level boards and steering committees and has been appointed for a second term on Minister Plibersek’s Indigenous Advisory Committee. Stan participates in the meetings of the United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity as a senior member of the International Indigenous Forum on Biodiversity.
Stefani Eagle, a Consulting Director at ERM based in Brisbane, has extensive experience in working with both clients and communities in co-designing strategies to effectively manage cultural heritage values. Stefani’s focus areas include strategic advice, external peer reviews, and stakeholder engagement. In recent years, Stefani has provided support and advice to clients within the mining, critical minerals, government and finance sectors on risks associated with cultural heritage within national and international frameworks.
Alan is Managing Principal of Point Advisory’s NSW office based in Sydney (Point Advisory is an ERM Group company). He oversees the firm’s integrated advisory solutions in corporate responsibility and sustainability, including environmental, social and governance risk. With over 25 years of industry and professional services experience, he takes a pragmatic approach to integrating sustainability strategies and risk management into organisations. He works with investors to strengthen their chosen ESG integration and reporting approaches. Alan chairs RIAA’s First Nations Peoples’ Rights Working Group that he helped establish during mid-2020 in the wake of the destruction of shelters at Juukan Gorge and the global Black Lives Matter movement.
