ESG and Sustainability Manager at Alphinity Investment Management

Jess joined Alphinity in August 2020 in the newly-created role of ESG and Sustainability Manager to support the assessment and integration of ESG-related matters across both its domestic and global funds. She also assists the Sustainable Share Fund Compliance Committee to define an investment universe which considers companies’ contribution towards achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Fabienne Michaux is currently working with the United Nations Development Programme to develop global impact practice standards for Sustainable Development Goal (SDG)-enabling investments. She is also a part-time Professor of Practice (Finance) at Deakin Business School and interim Co-Chair of the Australian Advisory Board on Impact Investing (AAB).

Bjorn is responsible for business development for ISS ESG’s responsible investment solutions. Prior to joining ISS Australia in 2011, Bjorn held a similar position in the ISS Brussels office, advising large asset owners and investment managers in Northern Europe on active ownership and responsible investment approaches.
