Mike Fuge assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of Contact Energy in February 2020. This was preceded by an extensive international career in the energy sector with Chief Executive roles at New Zealand Refining Ltd (2018 to 2020) and the Australian renewable energy company Pacific Hydro Ltd (2014 to 2018) as well as Chief Operating Officer at Genesis Energy (2011 to 2014)
Prior to this Mike had an extensive international career with Shell International primarily in upstream oil, gas, and LNG with assignments in New Zealand. UK, Middle East, and Southeast Asia focussed on both development and Operating Units.
Since joining Contact Energy Mike has led the company in its pivot from status quo to growth, launching the $800 mln renewable Tauhara Geothermal project, accelerating the development of the remainder of the high quality geothermal pipeline, renewing its wind development pipeline, and growing its retail business both in core energy connections and new adjacencies such as broadband. At the same time the baseline performance of the core operations has improved markedly with core underlying EBITDAF growing some 15% with flat OPEX in the midst of COVID.
Jo has delivered cross-continent sustainability initiatives between some of the world’s best known business leaders. Alongside her role as Chief Executive of Toitū Tahua, Jo is on the B Lab Australia New Zealand Board and the National Advisory Board for Impact Investing.
In 2011 Jo managed establishment of The B Team, co-founded by Sir Richard Branson and Jochen Zeitz, which led the first calls from business for Net Zero by 2050 and an ambitious Paris Agreement. On returning home to Aotearoa NZ Jo spent four years with Deloitte New Zealand.
Mr White has served as Executive Director of the IFRS Foundation since April 2018. He has over 30 years’ experience from the private sector and public authorities in Australia. Most recently, he was the inaugural Chief Executive Officer of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ), where he played a central role in bringing together the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia (ICAA) and the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants to form CAANZ in 2014. From 2004 to 2009, he worked as Chief Accountant at the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), where he provided oversight and supported Australian companies in their transition to IFRS Standards. He was also a member of the Australian Financial Reporting Council and the Australian member of both the International Organization of Securities Commissions and the International Forum of Independent Audit Regulators. Prior to joining ASIC, he served as Assistant Auditor-General at the Audit Office of New South Wales from 1994 to 2004 and as an Audit Principal with PwC (then Coopers & Lybrand) from 1984 to 1994. Mr White has a Bachelor’s degree from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia. He has been a Fellow of ICAA since 1998.
Fonteyn Moses-Te Kani (Ngati Porou, Ngati Maniapoto, Ngai Tahu, Tuhoe) is the Head of Maori, Inclusion and Diversity at Westpac New Zealand. She is also a Director of Te Waiu O Aotearoa Trust and Tui Trust, and Co-chair of - Tāwhia – the Māori Bankers Rōpū. She has over 30 years’ experience working with Māori and Iwi businesses, Maori land collectives and community development.

Prior to his role as Social Impact Manager for KMD Brands, Gary enjoyed 20 years in the New Zealand Police, serving as a Detective for most of that time.
Working for an international human rights organisation, Gary spent four years investigating cases of modern slavery around the world, working undercover inside criminal networks trafficking women and children into the commercial sex industry. He subsequently launched a New Zealand organization to document cases of sex trafficking in the Asia-Pacific region. The evidence gathered was used to facilitate the rescue of the victims and the prosecution of the perpetrators involved.
Gary has applied the learnings and experience from his policing and human rights background to his current role, inviting businesses to respond to the very real ESG challenges they are facing as an authentic expression of their inherent purpose and existing company values.
Working within the public, non-profit and private sectors as well as across numerous cultures and nations has provided him with a unique perspective on business and those factors that facilitate positive social, cultural and economic transformation.

Katie has been in the Responsible Investment industry for almost 20 years, with the first part of her career spent overseas, predominantly in the UK. On returning to New Zealand in 2015, she joined New Zealand Super Fund as a Senior Investment Strategist for Responsible Investment. In November 2021, Katie joined Forsyth Barr as the Head of ESG where she is responsible for incorporating ESG (environment, social and governance) principles into Forsyth Barr’s firm-wide operations and investment process, including assisting advisers with specific client needs. Katie currently serves on the External Reporting Board’s Stakeholder Advisory Panel (XRAP), is Deputy Chair of the NZ National Advisory Board for Impact Investing and is also on the Investment Committee for NZ impact investor, Purpose Capital.
Tama Potaka is from Ngāti Hauiti, Whanganui/Ngāti Rangi, Mōkai-Pātea, Taranaki/Ngāruahine, Ngāti Raukawa/Toa in New Zealand. He is married to Ariana and they have three innovative children – Tiaria, Te Awarua and Aorangi. Tama had an upbringing full of with extended whānau (family), education, and farming life. He went to Te Aute College, Victoria University, and Columbia University and received BA (Māori Studies, Politics), an LLB (First Class Honours) and LLM degrees. Tama practised as a lawyer in New York City and New Zealand, and has governance experience across agribusiness, property, education and Church governance entities. His most recent roles were as a senior executive leader at Tainui Group Holdings, and as a senior adviser at the NZ Super Fund. Tama now works as Tumu Kaimahi (CEO) at Ngāi Tai ki Tāmaki Trust based in Auckland which has included property development, aquaculture farming, tourism and cultural renaissance work (e.g. language revitalisation). He and his whānau like to maintain holistic health and wellbeing.

As the CEO of Te Pai Roa Tika o te Taitokerau, Jodi leads a large scale, Māori owned and led impact investment kaupapa.
Prior to this role she was Senior Regional Advisor to the Provincial Growth Fund (PGF), for the Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment (MBIE) and Te Puni Kokiri (TPK). In these roles Jodi enabled deployment of $300m through the PGF Tai Tokerau communities implementing long term social and economic development initiatives.
Jodi led the Taitokerau regional labour market strategy and work programme for the region for the Ministry of Social Development, working closely with politicians, senior central and local government officials, to develop youth employment and social policy.

Fauve Kurnadi joined Australian Red Cross in 2015. She currently holds the position of Legal Adviser in the International Humanitarian Law (IHL) Program. With a view to promoting understanding and respect for the laws of war across Australia, Fauve has primary responsibility for the Program’s engagement with corporate actors, academic circles and university students. Fauve has also worked as a researcher and practitioner in the fields of Aboriginal truth and reconciliation and immigration and refugee law. She has volunteered as a Humanitarian Observer in the Australian Red Cross Immigration Detention Monitoring Program.
In March 2022, Fauve was named one of Pro Bono Australia’s Impact 25 Award winners for her work in ensuring Australian businesses understand their responsibilities under IHL and play their part in creating better humanitarian outcomes for communities experiencing war.
Fauve holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Queensland and a Master of Public and International Law from the University of Melbourne. Fauve was admitted as a Legal Practitioner to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2013.
Paul is responsible for the FMA’s strategy and approach to investment management providers and products, including KiwiSaver. In his acting role he also leads the teams responsible for oversight of primary and secondary markets, disclosure and financial reporting by issuers, market infrastructure, intermediary platforms and audit quality.
His experience includes Chief Operations Officer at PIE Funds, positions in the investment and communications teams at the New Zealand Superannuation Fund, and communications management roles at Macquarie Group, SKYCITY and Westpac.
Shara is an Associate Director within Asset Management at the Clean Energy Finance Corporation and oversees the management of the organisation’s debt capital markets portfolio of AUD1.3b. She has almost 20 years’ experience across the financial sector, including at Westpac, ANZ and Macquarie, as well as several years’ experience actively advocating positive environmental outcomes and managing ESG risk within investments. Shara also has a background in science and has contributed toward research in atmospheric and ocean systems. Drawing on her skills and experience she enjoys actively working with not-for-profits which seek to draw attention and action toward conservation and protection of natural resources and biodiversity.
Rhiannon is the CEO at Kiwi Wealth, moving from her previous role as General Manager of Strategy and Partnerships with us. Since her arrival to New Zealand in 2007, she's worked across corporate finance, investor relations, treasury, M&A and strategy for companies such as Kiwibank, NZ Post, and Murray & Company.
Previously in London, Rhiannon worked in equity research for Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan Cazenove.
She is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has served three years on the Board of the CFA Society of New Zealand. Rhiannon has also been a Board member of various not-for-profit organisations and government entities, including the New Zealand Film Commission.
Måns leads Ausbil’s ESG team who take an active approach to engaging Australia’s listed companies on environment, social and governance issues. As a trained equity analyst, Måns also leads Ausbil’s integration of proprietary ESG scoring, research and ratings within Ausbil’s top-down bottom-up valuation approach so that ESG is fundamental in all of Ausbil’s investment decisions. Måns has been with Ausbil since 2015. Prior to Ausbil, Måns was the Senior ESG Research Analyst at AMP Capital, following positions at Carnegie Investment Bank, Macquarie Bank and Accenture, having begun his career in 2004. Måns is well known for producing and presenting consistent, high-quality ESG research covering the Australian market, and he has published numerous, highly regarded insight papers on ESG issues.
In 2022, Måns was awarded an Order of Australia Medal (OAM) for contribution to the responsible investment industry. He received a letter of commendation from Anti-Slavery Australia in 2019. Måns also holds a number of leadership positions in the industry, including: Director of RIAA (Responsible Investment Association Australasia); Chair of RIAA’s Human Rights Working Group; and is on the steering committee of IAST-APAC (Investors Against Slavery and Trafficking – Asia Pacific). He is also on the Australian Government’s Expert Advisory Group on Modern Slavery. Måns holds a Bachelor of Science (Major in Business Administration) and Master of Finance degree both from Gothenburg School of Economics, and an MBA International from Griffith University.
Arti Prasad is a Senior Investment Strategist for the Guardians of NZ Superannuation, Crown entity that manages the New Zealand Superannuation Fund. Arti works on the development and implementation of the Guardians’ Responsible Investment, climate change and corporate governance policies. Arti has been with the Guardians since 2017, following two years with the Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC) as Head of Responsible Investment. Prior to that she worked for the Guardians as a Senior ESG Analyst and as a Senior Policy Analyst at the NZ Ministry for Environment, working on policy related to business sustainability, water and climate change. Arti is currently involved with the Government’s Leadership Advisory Group on developing a legislative response to modern slavery in New Zealand.
In 2014 she was named one of Chief Investment Officer magazine’s ’Top 40 under 40’ in the asset allocation world.
Craig is Head of Equities, a founder of Harbour, and the portfolio manager for the Harbour Australasian Equity Income Fund, the Harbour Long Short Fund, the Harbour NZ Index Shares Fund and the Harbour Sustainable NZ Shares Fund. Craig also has overall responsibility for managing the equity team. Furthermore, he provides equity research and ratings on the utility sector. Prior to joining Harbour Asset Management, Craig was employed by AllianceBernstein New Zealand for seven years, originally as a Client Relations Associate before moving to Assistant Research Analyst in July 2004. Furthermore, Craig has previously worked for the Bank of New Zealand, Chase Global Investor Services (London) and the Bank of Ireland in roles responsible for monitoring and controlling daily cash activity and the management of support staff for Foreign Exchange Trading Desks. Craig has a BCA from Victoria University of Wellington and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) charterholder.
Erica is an experienced Responsible Investment and Sustainability Consultant, with over 25 years of experience. Erica specialises in integrating environmental and social factors into investment and business processes, thereby mitigating risks and enhancing opportunities. Erica believes in collaboratively developing practical solutions that create and protect long-term value and trust for all stakeholders.
Erica works across all elements of the investment value chain, from ESG policy and strategy, ESG due diligence (pre- and post-acquisition), stakeholder engagement and materiality, governance, ESG integration, environment, health and safety (EHS) management systems, compliance and assurance frameworks, and disclosure (reporting and assurance) (including more recently the requirements of the Taskforce for Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD).
Erica was co-secretariat and co-author of the Sustainable Finance Roadmap for New Zealand (January 2019 – November 2020) and is one of two New Zealand-based approved independent verifiers for RIAA's Investment Certification Programme.
Steffan Berridge is the Head of Quantitative and Responsible Investment at Kiwi Invest, the investment division of Kiwi Wealth. His focus is on quantitative global equity and macro strategy including ESG exclusions and ESG factor integration. He has also developed RI policies and proxy voting for global equities. Prior to joining Kiwi Wealth in 2013 he worked for Man Group in London, heading portfolio management for the flagship AHL fund and working on portfolio optimisation and strategy research. He holds a PhD in mathematical finance from Tilburg University in the Netherlands, specialising in high-dimensional option pricing.
As the Manager, ESG Research at Harbour, Jorge is primarily responsible for Harbour’s ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) programme including research and implementation. Harbour’s primary ESG tool, the annual Corporate Behaviour Survey, is overseen by Jorge in conjunction with Kevin Bennett. Jorge began at Harbour as an intern in 2016. He completed his first class BCom (Hons) degree in Finance at Victoria University Wellington prior to joining Harbour.
Victoria has over 10 years’ experience in financial markets across a broad range of markets, including ESG. She has held previous roles as Portfolio Manager at Pie Funds Management covering global equities and as a senior analyst at Milford Asset Management covering Australasian equities. She will have responsibility for research, stock selection and portfolio construction for the Australian & Sustainability strategies.
Frances is Milford’s Head of Sustainable Investment and a Portfolio Manager of New Zealand equities. Frances joined Milford in early 2017 as a Senior Analyst focused on New Zealand equities. Prior to joining Milford, Frances was a Senior Research Analyst at Craigs Investment Partners, responsible for the New Zealand and Australian equity exposures of the Private Wealth division. Frances has previously worked as an Analyst at Brook Asset Management focused on the property, finance and telecommunications sectors and as an Analyst at Macquarie Bank in Sydney in the institutional equities research team. She holds an MSc in Estate Management from South Bank University, a BA(Hons) in Economics and Business Management from Newcastle University and is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Simon operates at the intersection of economics, finance and sustainability and has extensive international experience as an economic adviser, investment analyst and sustainability consultant across finance, corporate and not for profit sectors.
Simon works with RIAA’s 450+ member organisations with the goal of delivering on RIAA’s mission of promoting, advocating for, and supporting approaches to responsible investment that align capital with achieving a healthy and sustainable society, environment and economy.
Simon is active across the region and internationally in responsible investment and sustainable finance initiatives. He sits as an advisory member to the Australian Sustainable Finance Institute, working group member of the Toitū Tahua Centre for Sustainable Finance, Chair of the Global Sustainable Investment Alliance, as well as a member of the National Advisory Board on Impact Investing in New Zealand.
Nicola is a Partner in Chapman Tripp’s Dispute Resolution team in Wellington, specialising in international law, ESG and climate risk.
Nicola has particular expertise in advising board and executive teams on regulatory, litigation and financial risk from climate change. Nicola is currently advising government, listed issuer, financial sector and fund manager clients on new mandatory (“TCFD” or “CRD”) reporting of climate related risk. In the last three years, Nicola has co-authored several published legal opinions on fiduciary duties and management of climate risk for directors, fund managers and trustees, and a guide for company directors for management of climate risk.
Nicola has advised the New Zealand government and several foreign governments on development of climate change policy and regulation, and is currently appointed as an expert adviser to the UK Government development programme Partnering for Accelerated Climate Transition.
Dean leads RIAA’s member engagement, events, marketing and communications functions and is the head of RIAA’s Aotearoa New Zealand branch. His role focuses on building meaningful engagement opportunities for our members and ensuring RIAA delivers high quality content that adds value to the industry.
Amelia Sharman is Director Sustainability Reporting at the External Reporting Board (XRB), responsible for managing the execution and coordination of the climate-related disclosure framework for Aotearoa New Zealand, as well as the XRB’s wider sustainability reporting work programme. Dr Sharman has an extensive background in climate and sustainability policy areas, most recently as Head of Policy at Ara Ake, focused on supporting the transition to a low-emissions energy future. She has held a range of project and policy roles across the public and private sectors in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. She has a PhD from the London School of Economics, an MSc from the University of Oxford, and an MA(Hons) from the University of Auckland.
Pablo is a senior investment specialist at Stewart Investors, a dedicated sustainable development focused, listed-equities manager. He is also the co-founder and managing director of Altiorem, a not-for-profit library and resource centre dedicated to supporting advocates for a sustainable financial system, and a member of the advisory committee to UNSW’s Human Rights Institute. Previously, Pablo was Head of Responsible Investment Asia Pacific at Colonial First State Global Asset Management (now First Sentier Investors) and Perpetual Limited. Pablo served as a director of the Responsible Investment Association of Australasia for ten years and was chair for six. Pablo has also served on the management committee of the Investor Group on Climate Change and the coordinating working group of the Australian Sustainable Finance Initiative, among other industry initiatives.
Susan leads RIAA’s efforts to embed responsible investment approaches in law, regulation and standards.
Before joining RIAA, Susan led projects in law reform implementation and complex industry surveillance at the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. She was the insurance policy and advocacy lead at Consumer Action Law Centre, and managed the policy team and climate change work at the Victorian Council of Social Service. She also worked in policy and legal education at the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission, as a Parliamentary adviser and in commercial publishing.
Susan holds a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Arts and Graduate Certificate in Social Sciences. She was awarded a Churchill Fellowship in 2018.
John is an advocate for responsible investment and for greater transparency around investment products. He is CEO (and co-founder) of Pathfinder Asset Management, a boutique fund manager specialising in ethical investment. Pathfinder manages a range of ethical funds including its KiwiSaver Scheme.
John is a trustee of the Men’s Health Trust NZ and a member of the Financial Advice Code Committee.
Michelle Cameron is the Head of Sustainable Investment and Finance Sales, Asia at Refinitiv. In her current role, she is responsible for Sustainable Investment, Data, and Analytics solutions, and helps clients make sustainable investment decisions through Refinitiv’s suite of solutions.
Michelle moved to Asia, settling in Sydney after a stint in Bangkok, to take up leadership roles in client-facing teams within Service, Customer Engagement, and Account Management functions. She specialises in buy-side client workflows and solutions. Michelle joined Reuters in the UK in 2001; during this time, she was leading large teams of content professionals and managing strategic initiatives.
Michelle is a part of various industry bodies and networks supporting the growth of integrating sustainability practices across the financial community. She has completed her executive MBA degree specialising in Sustainable Business and has since then been passionately advocating the role businesses should play in contributing to the creation of a sustainable future.
Carey is a RIAA Certified Ethical Adviser, and holds the UNPRI Applied Responsible Investing Certificate. Carey has led the transition of Moneyworks to being Ethical Investment Advisers, developing the unique and proprietary Ethical Investment Analysis process and undertaking extensive analysis and research on the recommended fund managers.

Barry Coates is the founder and CEO of Mindful Money www.mindfulmoney.nz, a charity based in New Zealand, that aims to channel investment towards high social and environmental standards and positive impact. The objective is to significant increase the demand for responsible investment through social marketing and a dedicated online platform. Barry has been involved in responsible investment since the early 1990s and played a leading role in building demand for fair trade in NZ. He has a Masters from Yale University in management, experience as a business strategy consultant and has been the CEO of charities, most recently Oxfam New Zealand 2003-2014. He was a Green MP 2016-17.
Chris is a Principal at MyFiduciary, one of New Zealand’s largest independent investment consultants, where he leads the fund manager research and adviser services. Chris has over two decades of investment experience working in Auckland, London, Sydney and Chicago. This has included working within financial advice, funds management, as well as research and investment consulting. Prior to joining MyFiduciary in 2018, he spent 12-years at Morningstar where he held leadership roles within the firm’s manager research and data group.
Dianna Enlund is an ESG Solutions Director, for S&P Global Sustainable1. She is responsible for the Australia and New Zealand region, working with clients to identify solutions for the integration of ESG data and analytics into reporting and workflows. Dianna has over 20 years of investment management experience working for global asset managers and Australian financial institutions. Her investment career commenced at Ord Minnett Limited where she worked in research roles covering fixed income, equities and managed funds. Following that, she moved to Schroder Investment Management in Singapore as a Product Manager responsible for Asian Fixed Income strategies. She then joined Allianz Global Investors where she worked in various roles including Fixed Income Product Specialist, ESG Research Analyst, Sustainability Specialist and Head of Australian Institutional Sales. Dianna has a Bachelor of Economics (Accounting) at Macquarie University and is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) of Australia.
Having been an investment adviser for over 18 years, Tanya gets the most enjoyment out of seeing people live the life they plan to. After working out a plan together, she helps to manage the ups and downs of life along the way.
Most of her clients are over the age of 55, from the generation of people whose legacy is the beautiful country we live in today. At least half of her clients take a monthly income from their investments, and although it can be challenging to manage at times, it makes her job more interesting!
Tanya is known in the team for her technical and IT skills and loves to use these to discover new (and hopefully better) ways of doing things. Tanya has a full life outside work, with three children at home, a middle-aged chocolate Labrador, and a dedication to organising and supporting local charitable events.
Prior to joining BT in September 2020, Philip gained 31 years of investment experience, including working as the Chief Investment Officer for Mercer (NZ) and ING/OnePath (NZ). He also worked for AMP Asset Management in London managing international equity funds.

Dr Robin Mitchell has 25 years global experience bridging business, government, finance, and civil society for ecologically sustainable development. He has been at the forefront of developing frameworks for natural capital accounting and safeguarding with finance institutions, impact funds and soft commodity value chains. Robin has co-authored seminal reports and guidance documents with the World Business Council on Sustainable Development, World Bank Group, International Union for Conservation of Nature, Science Based Targets Network, UN Decade on Restoration, and the Cross Sector Biodiversity Initiative. Robin is now focused on scaling nature-based solutions, believing that realising the value of healthy ecosystems will provide for healthy communities and resilient business models.
Di leads Booster's marketing vision. Her strategic focus is on bringing Booster’s story to New Zealanders - ensuring everything we do is customer-centric, relevant and reflective of Booster’s ethos. Prior to joining Booster, Di worked for BP for 11 years, working across operations, marketing, external affairs and planning and performance.
Dave is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and SMSF Specialist Advisor™ and has been advising clients for the past 19 years. He is accredited by the Responsible Investment Association Australasia (RIAA) as a Certified Responsible Investment Adviser.
In 2019, Dave was appointed as a Director of RIAA. He sits on RIAA’s Certification Assessment Panel and is co-chair of RIAA’s Financial Adviser Forum.
Dave is also a member of the Ethical Advisers’ Co-op and participated as a Working Group member of the Australian Sustainable Finance Initiative (ASFI). He holds a BEc (Accounting) and Graduate Diploma Financial Planning.
Conor is a Senior Communications Strategist in the Corporate Affairs team for the Guardians of NZ Superannuation. He handles external relations and communications for the Fund and manages relationships with key external stakeholders including government, business and community groups. Conor has worked in both public and private sector communications roles including for MYOB, Spark NZ, Todd Property Group and Auckland Council. He lives in Auckland with his wife Kate and three children.
Mike is a RIAA adviser member and co-founder of Evergreen Advice, an independent Wellington-based firm specialising in responsible investing. Mike has 14 years of experience in the financial services sector and is passionate about taking complexity, like investment markets or ethical investing, and simplifying them to help clients make informed choices about their futures.
Mike puts responsible investing at the core of all portfolios, then tailors their investments to match their values and the areas they are passionate about. He works with a diverse range of clients from those just starting out, to those in the midst of retirement. He is a keen sports fan, which now sees him coaching kids' football, playing the occasional round of golf, and riding his e-bike.
Rebekah Swan is the Head of New Zealand Public Investments for Macquarie Asset Management. As a strong client advocate, Rebekah also manages the relationships with a number of long-standing clients and has responsibility for managing the New Zealand business.
Previously Rebekah was the Managing Director & Head of Clients for AMP Capital New Zealand. She was also the ESG investment specialist for New Zealand and the Head of Product, and prior to that held the Head of Distribution role. Rebekah joined AMP Capital in 2002 and has over 24 years’ experience in investment markets, regulatory risk compliance and financial services. This comes from a diverse background and extensive leadership experience, including several years working overseas in the UK and Canada.
Rebekah holds a number of not-for-profit board roles outside of Macquarie Asset Management and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors.
At RIAA Min Wah is responsible for ensuring that RIAA’s activities are aligned with RIAA’s strategic plan and responsive to important urgent, social, environmental and economic challenges. Responsibilities include developing and supporting RIAA’s thematic work through managing RIAA’s working groups, strategic partnerships and other initiatives.
Min Wah has 15 years’ experience working on sustainable development and human rights, with a strong interest in private sector engagement. Prior to RIAA, she was a researcher for the Australian Conservation Foundation and a consultant to the International Women’s Development Agency. Before this, she worked for many years with Oxfam, the Red Cross, the World Food Programme, the UN High Commissioner for Refugees and the Food and Agriculture Organisation of the UN, on a range of programs across Asia, the Pacific and in Washington, DC.
Min Wah holds a Bachelor of Arts/Law and a Master’s in International and Community Development. She sits on the Monash University Industry Advisory Council for project management.
Cassandra has over 20 years experience in the Financial Services sector. She has worked for researchers & gatekeepers, banks and fund managers.
Cassandra brings rich experience in reviews and ratings, based on her time as Director of Research at CANSTAR, where she launched and lead the now industry-standard 5 Star Ratings. She was appointed to ASIC’s Consumer Advisory Panel. Most recently Cassandra ran a FinTech start-up.
At RIAA, Cassandra leads our Certification and Ratings Program and will build out our consumer-facing content and resources.
Cassandra has a Bachelor of Business, MBA and Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment.
