Alexandra’s goal is to encourage change and make a positive impact toward a sustainable future.
Alexandra Brown is the founder of Invest with Ethics, a business that supports financial advisers to communicate with, and meet the needs of, their values-driven clients. Alexandra provides ethical investing consulting services, training and content creation, specialising in supporting the transition from traditional to ethical adviser.
As Head of Research at Altiorem, Alexandra has led the development of the templates, taxonomies and research processes, and supports the generous volunteers who are creating the website content. Altiorem is an online library and resources centre dedicated to supporting individuals and groups who are advocating and implementing change toward a sustainable finance industry.
Alexandra holds a B.Com (Finance) and B.Bus (Marketing), achieving First Class Honours in Finance and published in an A-grade journal.
As a member and on the board of the Ethical Advisers' Co-op, Alexandra supports financial advisers that have been at the forefront of the ethical investing industry. She is an active member of the ethical fund ratings group and provides fund research.
When not embracing responsible investment, Alexandra is hiking or travelling, most recently trekking in Nepal.

After a 17-year career in Wealth Management and Banking, Tom strives to balance social entrepreneurship and growing a for-profit start-up operating across multiple products and markets.

He has a background in Business Law and holds an Executive MBA. His experience spans across sales, strategy, product, innovation and insights roles.

As RIAA’s Manager of Operations and Member Services, Josh works across all areas of RIAA, back and front office. Josh is often the first point of contact for members and he provides support on many areas of RIAA's work plan, in particular working closely with RIAA’s financial adviser members. Josh holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Laws and a Diploma in Financial Planning.
