BHP resolution briefing by co-filers Vision Super and ACCR:
The ACCR, together with Vision Super, Church of England Pension Board, Grok Ventures and other international investors have filed a resolution 21 and 22 to the BHP Ltd and Plc boards regarding the climate change lobbying activities of industry groups BHP is a member of (see Notice of Meeting here). Vision Super CIO Michael Wyrsch and together with ACCR will brief on this resolution and updates on issues of relevance.
