Adam Davids
Adam is a proud Aboriginal man and descendant of the Wiradjuri people in central NSW. He is a Non-Executive Director at Social Ventures Australia and a Fulbright Scholar focused on embedding a robust equity standards framework for Indigenous Australians in partnership with major employers.
Adam is one of the pioneers of CareerTrackers and CareerSeekers - where he worked for more than 10-years paving professional career pathways for Indigenous Australians and Asylum Seekers and Refugees with leading employers.
Adam's career and research have shed light on global issues around racial wealth inequality, the lack of diversity in leadership, and how to build sustainable and high-impact non-profits for racial minorities.
