Måns is Head of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Research at Ausbil Investment Management Limited since September 2015. Prior to that, he was Senior ESG Research Analyst at AMP Capital for almost five years, following positions at Carnegie Investment Bank, Macquarie Bank and Accenture. With more than a decade of experience in the investment industry, including ten years in various responsible investment / ESG roles, Måns is well known for producing and presenting consistent, high-quality ESG research covering the Australian market and he has also published numerous, highly regarded insight papers on a wide range of ESG issues, including human rights and modern slavery. Måns is a member of the Retailer Supplier Roundtable Sustainability Council’s Forced Labour Advisory Council and the PRI Australia Network Advisory Committee. He holds an MBA International with Distinction from Griffith University and a Master of Financial Management from Gothenburg School of Business

Freya Dinshaw (Human Rights Law Centre)

Freya Dinshaw is a Senior Lawyer at the Human Rights Law Centre where she specialises in business and human rights. Freya’s work focuses on exploring opportunities for deploying advocacy, strategic litigation and international mechanisms to challenge the treatment of vulnerable communities by governments, companies and other actors. Recent examples include supporting Bougainville communities in a human rights complaint against Rio Tinto through the OECD National Contact Point, and litigation against the Australian Government and G4S in relation to the death of an asylum seeker in Australia’s offshore detention centre. Prior to joining the HRLC, Freya was a Senior Associate at Allens Linklaters where she specialised in advising on corporate respect for human rights. She has also worked at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law and in private practice in London.

Brian serves as Chief Operating Officer at Disability:IN leading the organization’s operations, annual conference, ESG engagement, government relations and other efforts. Prior to joining Disability:IN, Brian was Legislative Assistant at the Council on Foundations. Working on the Public Policy and Legal Affairs team, he represented the Council on Capitol Hill and with executive branch departments, and assisted Council members in planning and executing their policy advocacy strategies. Previously, he worked at GYMR Public Relations advising clients on strategic communications, media relations and social media. He began his career working on congressional campaigns, and in the office of U.S. Senator Chuck Schumer.

Brian serves on the advisory council of the NextGen Chamber of Commerce and previously served on the board of directors of the Capital Pride Alliance. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and American studies from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.

Jill Houghton is President & Chief Executive Officer of Disability:IN, the leading global nonprofit organization for advancing business disability inclusion and equality. Her more than 25 years of diverse leadership experience driving disability inclusion was ignited by challenges she experienced having a learning disability.
Ms. Houghton leads a team of talented and diverse individuals, including people with disabilities, who are working to build an inclusive global economy that enables people with disabilities to participate fully and meaningfully. Their work has empowered over 400 leading brands to advance disability inclusion and equality through groundbreaking programs including Inclusion Works, the Disability Equality Index, the CEO Letter on Disability Inclusion, NextGen Leaders, Supplier Diversity and Disability-Owned Business Certification and more.

Disability:IN continues to evolve its issues agenda, and Ms. Houghton plays a central role advocating for policies that will reshape the corporate operating environment and advance disability inclusion. She and her executive team work closely with regulators, legislators and policy experts to illuminate the business, financial and ESG case for including people with disabilities in corporate reporting and requirements at the board and executive level. This work has raised awareness among 30 institutional investors with a combined $2.8 trillion assets under management, who have voiced their support by signing the Joint Investor Statement.
Under Ms. Houghton’s leadership, Disability:IN has been named to Fast Company’s 2021 Brands That Matter list honoring brands that have achieved relevance through cultural and social impact. Her work on behalf of the disability community has also been recognized by Business Insider, which named Ms. Houghton one of their 100 People Transforming Business in 2021.

Prior to joining Disability:IN, she was Executive Director of the Ticket to Work and Work Incentives Advisory Panel until its legislative sunset in January 2008. The bi-partisan panel was housed independently within the Social Security Administration and provided advice to the President, Congress and Commissioner of Social Security on issues related to Social Security, Medicaid and Medicare work incentives programs for individuals with disabilities. She began her career interning for U.S. Senator and disability rights advocate Robert J. Dole, who was instrumental to the passage of the Americans with Disabilities Act in 1990.

A well-known speaker and expert on corporate disability inclusion, Ms. Houghton has testified before the U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives on issues related to businesses’ commitment to recruit, hire and retain employees with disabilities. Ms. Houghton has been featured in Bloomberg, Business Insider, CNBC TV, Fast Company, Forbes, Fortune, MSN, Protocol and other notable outlets. She is a member of the Communications Equity & Diversity Council of the Federal Communications Commission.
