Nicole Breeze is the Chief Advocate for Children and Director of Programs and Advocacy in Australia. Nicole has been instrumental in growing UNICEF Australia’s partnerships for impact and influence within Australia, growing support to children and young people particularly during crisis such as the drought, bushfires and COVID, and increasing our engagement with young Australians.
Nicole has significant experience in leadership roles in not-for-profit organisations in Australia and internationally. Over a decade with Oxfam, Nicole successfully established and grew Oxfam Australia’s global youth programs. As Executive Manager, she diversified her experience through leading major initiatives from the office of the Chief Executive across all aspects of the business in collaboration with key stakeholders including Government, partners, donors, and volunteers. Nicole Chaired Oxfam International’s program governance group for South Asia and was then recruited into an Oxford based strategy team where she was a key contributor to a major transformational change project, “Oxfam 2020”.  Early in her career, Nicole worked on the Africa program desk at Caritas Australia, and for the Edmund Rice Centre for Justice and Community Education. Nicole has completed two postgraduate degrees; a Masters of International Relations (University of Melbourne), and a Masters in Adult Education (University of Technology, Sydney). She lives in Sydney with her partner and their two children.

Måns is Head of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Research at Ausbil Investment Management Limited since September 2015. Prior to that, he was Senior ESG Research Analyst at AMP Capital for almost five years, following positions at Carnegie Investment Bank, Macquarie Bank and Accenture. With more than a decade of experience in the investment industry, including ten years in various responsible investment / ESG roles, Måns is well known for producing and presenting consistent, high-quality ESG research covering the Australian market and he has also published numerous, highly regarded insight papers on a wide range of ESG issues, including human rights and modern slavery. Måns is a member of the Retailer Supplier Roundtable Sustainability Council’s Forced Labour Advisory Council and the PRI Australia Network Advisory Committee. He holds an MBA International with Distinction from Griffith University and a Master of Financial Management from Gothenburg School of Business

Robyn is the Head of Sustainability, where she oversees Ethical Partners core sustainability strategy, coordinates Ethical Partners proprietary in-house ESG research and analysis process and works directly with the investment team to integrate this into the investment process. Robyn also leads Ethical Partners’ sustainability team, which in conjunction with the investment team undertakes extensive sustainability engagements with Australian companies as well as an active program of investor collaborations and wider advocacy with civil society groups, NGO’s, shareholder activists, regulators, policymakers, legislators, media, and academics. Robyn is also a Manager of the Ethical Partners Tatrai Giving Fund.
