Sujaya is a Portfolio Manager with the Sustainable Funds Group at Stewart Investors. She joined the team in October 2016 as a graduate. She is Co-Portfolio Manager of the Global Emerging Markets Sustainability strategy with Jack Nelson.

Sujaya holds an MPhil in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge and a BA (Hons) in International Relations and Anthropology from Brown University.

Carly’s focus is on building business as force for good and harnessing the power of individuals to effect change whether as a consumer, business owner or investor. As Head of Marketing and the Impact Investment Forum Program Manager for RIAA, she is focused on growing awareness of and deepening participation in responsible, ethical and impact investing. She is a non-Executive Director for B Lab Australia & New Zealand, and was previously the Director of Engagement and Communications at Impact Investing Australia where she played a central role putting impact investing on the map and engaging new market participants.

Annabel is a Principal Consultant in the Strategy team at Point Advisory and leads human rights advisory. Annabel’s career spans sustainability, social impact and organisational development. She has led strategy design processes for major clients across the private and purpose sectors, both at organisational level and with a focus on sustainability, ESG and human rights. Annabel has also designed, managed and evaluated large-scale programs and partnerships for NGOs and international organisations. This includes regional initiatives focused on human trafficking, child labour, sustainable agriculture and climate adaptation. She brings deep expertise in impact evaluation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement, and has led Theory of Change development and review processes in a range of contexts.

James Pearson is the Head of Impact and Responsible Investments at QBE Insurance Group. For nearly 6 years James has been leading QBE’s approach to responsible investment including the innovative impact investing initiative Premiums4Good as well as QBE’s commitment to NetZero2050 in the investment’s portfolio. Prior to this James worked for over 10 years in the global equities markets including roles as a Stockbroker, Research Analyst and as a Portfolio Manager. James passionately believes that it’s possible to generate strong investment returns and make a difference with investment capital.

Dennis is the Chief Executive of Trust Waikato, a Community Trust with an investment fund of $444 million that grants a portion of its investment dividends to support community groups and projects throughout the Waikato region. He provides vision, direction, and support to the Trust and in the philanthropic sector; at a local and national level, representing the Trust’s views on sector issues and dialogue and upholding the interests of the communities it serves. Dennis’ other community involvement includes Chairperson for the Child Cancer Foundation.
