Katharine Tapley is a veteran of corporate finance and financial services, with a career spanning more than 20 years servicing clients across sectors including natural resources, agriculture, telecommunications, power and infrastructure and consumer brands in New Zealand, UK and Australia.

She is currently Head of Sustainable Finance at ANZ, where she leads a team responsible for spearheading the bank’s strategy to support its client base transition to a zero carbon and more sustainable economy. In addition to setting up ANZ’s own green and sustainability bond programs and overseeing ANZ’s 2025 $50b sustainable finance target, Katharine and her team have facilitated the execution of more than $35b of financing across green, social and sustainability bonds and loans in Australia, New Zealand and Asia since 2015.

Katharine is a board member of Australia’s Carbon Markets Institute and co-chair of a Technical Working Group within the Australian Sustainable Finance Initiative.

Olivia Albrecht is an executive vice president in the product strategy group in Newport Beach as the head of PIMCO's ESG Business Strategy. Previously, she led the firm's global fixed income business within the product strategy group. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2011, she worked in private equity at Cerberus Capital Management in Frankfurt, Germany. She has also held positions at Lockheed Martin, Mubadala Development Corporation in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and the U.S. Department of Defense. She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, along with a master's degree from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and an undergraduate degree from Princeton University. Ms. Albrecht was a member of the Big Brothers, Big Sisters Orange County Board of Directors from 2012–2014.

Pablo Berrutti is the senior investment specialist at Stewart Investors, Sustainable Funds Group, where he helps the team coordinate communications, reporting and company engagement. Pablo was the Head of Responsible Investment Asia Pacific for First Sentier Investors for seven years. In this role he was responsible for supporting investment teams across the group incorporate sustainability considerations in their investing.

Pablo is also the founder of a not-for-profit library and resource centre dedicated to helping people inside and outside finance advocate for a sustainable financial system. Pablo is also the former Chair and current Deputy Chair of the Responsible Investment Association of Australasia and is on the management committee of the Investor Group on Climate Change.

As the Director of Private Finance for Development, Kristy leads DFAT’s work to catalyse private investment towards the SDGs in the Indo-Pacific. She leads the Department’s work on gender lens investing, impact investing, SME finance and financial inclusion and has established a number of new partnerships and initiatives in this area. She has experience across the government, private and NGO sectors working in development finance, impact investing, climate change and environmental policy. She has a Masters in Environmental Law and a Bachelor of Environmental Science (Hons) from the University of Sydney and is studying an MBA.

Ross Piper is the Chief Executive Officer of Christian Super. He has over 25 years of leadership and management experience in corporate and non-profit contexts. Prior to Ross’ appointment as Christian Super CEO in Jan 2018, he was COO with World Vision Australia and also served with World Vision International for several years in the Middle East and various countries of the former Yugoslavia.

During his career Ross has held a number of positions in the corporate sector, primarily in investment banking and mining. He was Head of Corporate Risk for Macquarie Group for several years, and his early professional experience was gained in Indigenous communities and the mining sector, where he worked in the area of Native Title and community enterprise development. He has served on several boards, including six years as a Director and Board Chair of AgroInvest Foundation, a large microfinance bank serving rural families in Serbia and Montenegro. He recently served for 2 years on the Advisory Board of the Shared Value Project in Australia. He currently sits on the Boards of the Responsible Investment Association of Australia (www.responsibleinvestment.org), the Fund Executive Association Limited (www.feal.asn.au), Cinnamon Network Australia (www.cinnamonnetwork.com) and SEED (www.seed.org.au).

Ross’ formal qualifications include a BSc (Geophysics), GradDipEd, and MBA (Deakin University).
