Kate has over 15 years’ experience holding ESG roles in the investment management industry. Kate is an active contributor to the investor ESG conversation in Australia and previously held the role of chair of the Investor Group on Climate Change’s (IGCC) Physical Risk & Resilience Working Group. Kate participated in the Australian Sustainable Finance Initiative Technical Working Group in 2019-2020 which led to the publication of Australia's Sustainable Finance Roadmap.
Kate holds a BA (Hons) in English from Goldsmiths College, University of London, a Master of Journalism from the University of Queensland, has undertaken studies in Applied Finance through Kaplan and is currently completing a Blended Certificate, Chief Sustainability Officer through MIT Professional Education.

Amanda is an environmental scientist with over 30 years’ experience in the corporate world. Her career ‘before research’ included 25 years at Procter & Gamble where she held leadership roles across Sales and HR, based in Sydney and Singapore. Her business acumen and expertise in governance, organisational effectiveness, and culture change supported multiple business units through times of significant change. She returned to university studies to follow her passion for nature conservation and now enjoys connecting that passion back into the corporate world. Amanda attained a Master of Sustainability from the University of Sydney. She has recently completed her PhD, researching the impact of global consumption on biodiversity loss.

Ben Jobson is Programme Officer at the Integrated Biodiversity Assessment Tool (IBAT), where he works to support IBAT subscribers in their use of the tool, as well as progressing IBAT business development, marketing and communications. Ben holds a master’s degree in Conservation Science from Imperial College London and has a background working in the BirdLife International Science Team to support nature-sensitive deployment of renewable energies.

Shara is an Associate Director within Asset Management at the Clean Energy Finance Corporation and oversees the management of the organisation’s debt capital markets portfolio of AUD1.3b. She has almost 20 years’ experience across the financial sector, including at Westpac, ANZ and Macquarie, as well as several years’ experience actively advocating positive environmental outcomes and managing ESG risk within investments. Shara also has a background in science and has contributed toward research in atmospheric and ocean systems. Drawing on her skills and experience she enjoys actively working with not-for-profits which seek to draw attention and action toward conservation and protection of natural resources and biodiversity.

Guy Williams is a Director in Deloitte's Risk Advisory practice supporting a global network of clients to develop science-based solutions to existing and emerging biodiversity challenges. Guy brings a unique balance and perspective to the rapidly evolving natural capital agenda, gained from over twenty years field research in landscape ecology across Asia and the Pacific, academic skills in biodiversity, anthropology, and corporate sustainability, combined with his ongoing work advising business to better manage and effectively value nature. Guy serves on the membership of the Taskforce on Nature-Related Financial Disclosure, the IUCN Commission on Ecosystem Management and Species Survival Commission, and is an active supporter of the Science Based Targets Network. Guy maintains a deep and ongoing interest in community-led conservation, and the use of digital media to support effective conservation strategies.
